About Seller Acquisition and Partnership Manager the Role:

As a Seller Acquisition and Partnership Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the success of Glow Road’s seller ecosystem. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Mastering Product Knowledge:

  • Product Knowledge Mastery: Dive deep into understanding Glow Road’s diverse range of products and services, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential sellers.
  • Performance Tracking and Management: Utilize appropriate metrics to monitor the performance of existing key sellers, ensuring their continued success on the platform.
  • Seller Acquisition and Partnership Building: Identify and onboard sellers with valuable offerings, fostering long-term partnerships that contribute to GlowRoad’s growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across marketing, creative, finance, catalog, logistics, and product management to align strategies and achieve common objectives.
  • Target Achievement: Drive toward meeting seller launch, selection, and success targets, demonstrating a results-oriented approach at all times.
  • Issue Resolution and Improvement: Proactively identify and address potential escalations, recommending and implementing corrective actions as needed to optimize seller performance.
  • Market Analysis and Seller Identification: Utilize industry knowledge to define target sellers and verticals for GlowRoad’s services, contributing to strategic planning and expansion efforts.
  • Integration and Training: Own the integration process for new sellers, providing basic training and support to help them become self-reliant contributors to the platform.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Take ownership of your role and responsibilities, consistently striving to deliver exceptional results with high standards.
