What Would You Do?

Infra Managed Services

Manage infrastructure services and operations for on-premises and cloud-based technologies.
Ensure IT infrastructure is reliable and secure.
Continuously improve services and increase operational effectiveness.
Govern ongoing service delivery and enhancements.

Application/Cloud Support

Support, monitor, and maintain applications and cloud computing systems.
Diagnose and resolve application issues using technical knowledge.

Project Control Services

Enable program management and enhance the quality of Technology Delivery.
Track and manage project management office activities.
Monitor, manage, and report on deliverables.
Align priorities and direction with multiple stakeholders.

Low/No Code App Development

Develop applications using a low-code development platform.
Set up and configure systems to meet client requirements.
Optimize and automate internal business processes.

Quality Engineering

Create test designs, processes, cases, and data.
Apply business and functional knowledge to meet test objectives.
Design scenarios for usability testing.
Prepare and analyze reports on software testing.

What We Need

Minimum Criteria

Non-engineering graduates/postgraduates such as B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com, etc.
No active backlogs during application or on-boarding.
Completed relevant degree within the stipulated duration (e.g., BBA in 3 years).
Not appeared for Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview in the last three months.
Less than 11 months of experience.
Eligibility to work in India by citizenship or relevant work permit.

Additional Requirements

Flexibility to work across different time zones/shifts.
Willingness to work in any Business Unit/Service line within the company.
Willingness to join/relocate to any Accenture office across India.

Mock Assessment

10-minute mandatory mock/practice assessment to ensure technical readiness.

Assessment #1: Cognitive Assessment

50-minute cognitive assessment covering English ability, critical thinking, problem-solving, and abstract reasoning.

Assessment #2: Cognitive & Technical Assessment

90-minute combined cognitive and technical assessment covering the same areas as Assessment #1, plus Common Application and MS Office, pseudo-code, and fundamentals of networking and security.

Assessment #3: Communication Assessment

30-minute assessment covering sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation.

Interviews

Detailed interview process following successful completion of assessments.
