Job Description:
Tech Mahindra is hiring fresh graduates from the 2023/24 batch with all necessary documents including CC & PC. This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers to start their career in customer support in a leading BPO company.
Job Role:
- Role: Customer Support

- Work Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad (Work from Office)
- Work Days: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Week Off)
- Shift: Pure Dayshifts Only
- CTC: Freshers – ₹240,000 & Experienced – ₹270,000
Interview Details:
- Rounds of Interview: HR & Operation round along with Versant Test
- Mandatory: Updated E-Aadhar for interview
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer & merchant calls.
- Addressing queries, surveys, and feedback.
- Handling enquiry and service calls.
- Resolving customer queries via Email and Calls.
- Solving customer problems and providing solutions.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Hindi is mandatory).
- Freshers with good communication in English & Hindi are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Voice/Semi Voice/Tele calling/Customer Service is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work from the office.
- Good typing skills (25-30 WPM).
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- One-way cab facility based on shifts.
