- Manage and enhance Amazon’s Data Warehouse infrastructure.
- Automate operational and development tasks.
- Collaborate closely with the development team.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, while proactively identifying areas for automation and process improvement.
You will dive deep into code, systems architecture, and develop innovative solutions for Amazon customers and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve operational challenges.
- Develop and implement monitoring solutions.
- Maintain and configure infrastructure.
- Automate repetitive support processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to update and enhance existing software.
- Document system processes and improvements.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of software development or technical support experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent field.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
- Proficient in Unix systems.
- Experience scripting in modern programming languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AWS, networking, and operating systems.
