Eligibility Criteria for Cognizant Hiring:

• Qualification: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with 1-2 years of experience in fields such as research, creative writing, or local reviewing.
• Documentation: All educational and experience documents are required for application.
• Communication Skills: Strong English communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Comprehension Skills: Good English comprehension coupled with logical ability and data interpretation skills are necessary.
• Task Adaptability: Candidates should be able to read and comprehend given content and establish context with the assigned task.
• Shift Flexibility: Ability to work in different shifts and locales based on business requirements is expected.
• Notice Period: Only candidates with an immediate to 15-day notice period are eligible to apply.
