Qualification For INTELLIFLO Hiring:

• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), or Information Technology (IT).
• Eligible Batches: Graduates from the batches of 2021, 2022, and 2023 are welcome to apply.
• Academic Requirements: A consistent academic record of 60% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th and 12th grades. No current backlogs are accepted.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in required classroom trainings, technology sessions, and ongoing technical assignments to enhance skills.
• Design and develop software solutions under the guidance of mentors.
• Participate actively in cultural, technological, and process training sessions to foster continuous learning.
• Collaborate with sponsors, mentors, and stakeholders from business and HR departments to comprehend business objectives and deliver solutions accordingly.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
• Exhibit aptitude, learning agility, and a willingness to adapt to changing requirements.
• Flexibility: Be open to working flexible hours as per project demands.
