Overview About Talent Development:
Are you passionate about empowering talent and fostering continuous growth? Join us as a Salesforce Technical Trainer within our Learning & Talent Development team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in orchestrating comprehensive employee development initiatives. By ensuring the effective delivery of learning strategies, you’ll cultivate a robust talent pipeline while driving engagement and retention. You’ll spearhead innovative learning approaches, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement through streamlined processes and cutting-edge technology.
Immediate Requirements:
- Conduct training sessions covering foundational cloud concepts such as “Salesforce Associate,” Admin, App Builder, and PD1 Supersets.
Additional Responsibilities for Wipro:
- Deliver training on advanced topics including Admin, App Builder, PD1 certification, Sales, and Service clouds.
- Provide specialized training on niche skills like Commerce, Marketing, and Industries clouds.
- Develop Capstone projects tailored to various industries and product clouds for practical application.
- Design assessments and Question Banks to evaluate learning outcomes.
- Implement automation for reporting, dashboard creation, and L&D processes optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate L&D strategies into business processes, focusing on global onboarding, competency building, and role-based training.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute effective training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Prioritize high-impact initiatives and ensure training effectiveness through measurable outcomes.
- Consult on Salesforce learning and skill development, catering to strategic priorities and onboarding needs.
- Advocate for WSP’s Metrics/Strategic plan with an emphasis on L&D goals and methods.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance training programs continually.
- Foster collaboration between internal teams and external partners for technical and functional development projects.
- Administer gamification elements to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3X+ Salesforce certifications including Admin/App builder and PD1.
- 2+ years of experience in learning and talent development, preferably in a Professional Services environment.
- Proficiency in various facilitation techniques and learning delivery methods.
- Strong analytical skills for needs analysis and program evaluation.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
How Success Is Measured:
- Manage and deliver multiple training programs showcasing a commitment to learning and development.
- Achieve trainer capability across L2/L3/L4 technical trainings.
- Develop insightful reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Ensure 90%+ compliance to training processes and receive a 70+ NPS for deployed programs.
- Implement automation for at least three L&D applications.
