As a Quality Engineer, you’ll be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to various phases of projects with your expertise and dedication.

  • Project Support: Collaborate closely with our consulting team throughout project lifecycles, from defining problems to deploying solutions. Your role involves effort estimation, solution diagnosis, and designing comprehensive solutions to address client needs effectively.
  • Research and Development: Conduct thorough research to explore alternative solutions, leveraging various resources such as literature surveys and vendor evaluations. You’ll be instrumental in building proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate recommended solutions.
  • Requirements Management: Translate business needs into actionable requirement specifications, delineate process improvements, and craft detailed functional designs aligned with project objectives.
  • Solution Configuration and Issue Resolution: Assist in configuring solution requirements, troubleshoot issues, and propose viable alternatives to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Organizational Contribution: Actively participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives, striving to deliver high-quality solutions that add significant value to our clients’ businesses.

Technical and Professional Requirements for Infosys:

  • Primary Skills: OSS/BSS, Oracle Siebel, Telecom
  • Preferred Skills: Oracle Siebel, Telecom, OSS/BSS
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Demonstrate end-to-end testing knowledge and expertise.
    • Lead test planning and strategy, providing accurate estimates.
    • Exhibit excellent communication and client management skills.
    • Proficient in scripting languages and automation tools.
    • Possess analytical prowess, adept at stakeholder management.
    • Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies.
    • Capable of project and team management.
