Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Equivalent practical experience in embedded development will also be considered
Key Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming
- Hands-on experience with DSP or embedded processors
- In-depth understanding of computer architecture and operating systems
- Experience with multi-threaded programming
- Practical knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS)
- Strong software debugging skills on embedded platforms
- Exposure to audio and speech processing algorithms such as:
- Audio playback, recording, and streaming
- Circuit Switched (CS) and Packet Switched (PS) voice call support
- Echo cancellation, noise suppression, and audio effects
- Ability to optimize software for MIPS and memory efficiency
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain audio and speech applications for embedded systems
- Design and integrate real-time audio processing features
- Optimize performance for power, memory, and processing speed
- Debug and resolve software issues in real-time environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams for feature development and testing
- Maintain code quality and documentation as per industry standards
