Role & Responsibilities
- Design & Development:
- Review, design, and develop new features.
- Implement designs with an optimized approach to handle required scale.
- Requirement Analysis:
- Understand new requirements and create designs for new features.
- Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams and client engineers for design and implementation strategies.
- Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide support during qualification cycles.
- Collaborate with functional and end-to-end test teams to address issues found during integration testing.
- Handle field-reported problems, offering quick resolutions, workarounds, recoveries, and fixes.
Interpersonal Skills
- Communication:
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to present ideas clearly in a user-friendly manner.
- Documentation & Presentation:
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Academic Performance:
- 70% and above throughout academics (10th, 12th, and UG).
- Batch:
- 2024 graduates.
- Certification:
- Candidates must be ServiceNow CAD certified.
