- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpretation, and active listening skills
- Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
- Effective probing & analyzing skills and capable of multitasking voice & data entry
- Should be comfortable working from the office
Preferred Skills

- Strong educational background with a graduate degree
- Prior experience in a BPO service line is advantageous
