Role Overview: DevOps at Genpact

We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee – DevOps. In this role, you will support and enhance corporate IT engineering automations for IT. You will tackle DevOps operational issues alongside internal and external partners, automating processes and helping recover system failures. This position offers tremendous learning opportunities within one of the industry’s largest Compute groups.

Responsibilities

Scripting and Programming: Proficient in .Net, Python, and Shell scripting.
Cloud Technology: Experience with cloud technologies and environments.
Technical Research: Conduct research to contribute to project direction and strategy.
System Design and Development: Develop a multi-account, multi-region, highly available, and automated cloud environment to support application development, cloud computing, security, identity and access management, and IT infrastructure.
Documentation: Create and maintain system support documents and operational procedures.
Innovation: Drive innovation within the technology space, handling business expectations.
Project Management: Lead multiple projects, provide updates to business, manage stakeholder escalations, and conduct health checks in customer environments.
Proof of Concept: Execute proof of concepts before rolling out to production.
Stakeholder Engagement: Gather requirements, answer queries, provide primary and technical support, and prepare training materials to mentor and train technical engineers.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

B-Tech, BCA, or Graduate degree
AWS Certified Security Specialty or AWS Certified Solution Architect Professional

Preferred Qualifications:

Innovative and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
