Position: Business Analyst – Invoice to Cash (Cash Apps Representative)
Job Description:
We are inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst – Invoice to Cash. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a deep understanding of and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. You will be responsible for solving queries related to cash application and coordinating with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Daily cash application
- Manage electronic and manual client payments
- Reconcile unapplied accounts
- Handle customer open credit inquiries and dispute management
- Provide information to the customer service and sales departments as requested
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce (B. Com)
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency, and hard-working
- I-Speak score of 6.5+
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Meaningful experience in the Order to Cash domain
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good communication and writing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
