About the role
The Opportunity Adobe's Business Process Optimization (BPO) team creates capacity through automation, data intelligence, and process improvement. As Agile Delivery & Operations Lead, you will strengthen delivery across BPO in partnership with engineering, Program Management & Operations, and business customers.
As an operational partner to Digital Transformation leadership, you will combine Scrum coaching, delivery analysis, and daily use of AI to improve how work gets done—anticipating issues, recommending decisions, and leading improvements from problem identification through adoption and measurable results.
