Why we built it
Two things make the first job search harder than it should be.
Portals take before they give
Most job sites make you register before you see anything useful. We do the opposite: the resume maker needs no account, and the resume score needs only an account. No spam.
Software reads your resume first
Employers use applicant tracking systems that parse resumes before a person sees them. A resume that confuses the parser is filtered out on formatting, not merit, and candidates are rarely told. We show you what the software sees.

How we make money
Candidates never pay to search or apply. We fund the platform through employer listings, optional paid services for candidates who want hands-on help, and advertising beside our content. Advertising never changes which jobs we show you or how your resume is scored.
