1. What this covers
Searching and applying to jobs on Jobsearchers is free, so there is nothing to refund there. This policy covers our optional paid services, such as resume reviews and mock interviews, which you book with us by email. The scope, price and delivery time are confirmed in writing before you pay.
2. Cancelling
- Before work starts: cancel any time for a full refund.
- Live sessions (such as mock interviews): cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before the session.
- After work has started: we refund the part of the work not yet done.
3. When you get a full refund
- We miss the delivery time we confirmed, and you choose a refund rather than waiting.
- We cancel or cannot deliver the service.
- What we deliver is materially different from what we confirmed, and we cannot put it right after one revision.
4. How refunds are paid
Email support@jobsearchers.in with your booking details. We confirm within 2 working days, and approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval. We do not charge any cancellation fee.
5. Not satisfied?
Tell us first: most issues are fixed with a revision. If you are still unhappy, use our grievance process. This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
