Delete your account

1. Delete it in the app

1. Open the Jobsearchers app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile, then Delete account.
3. Enter your password to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

2. Or ask us by email

No app? Email support@jobsearchers.in with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address on your account so we can confirm it is you. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

3. What is deleted

• Your account, email address, name and password.
• Your profile: headline, skills, experience, education, mobile number, cities, salary expectation and links.
• Your uploaded resume file.
• Your applications, saved jobs, and applications you tracked on company sites.
• Your notifications, notification settings and the devices registered for alerts.
• For employers: your job postings.

4. What is kept

• Company reviews stay published, but they are anonymous and no longer linked to you in any way.
• Records we must keep by law, such as invoices for paid services, are kept only for the period the law requires.

5. Delete some data, keep your account

• Remove your resume, or clear any profile field, in the app under Profile, then Edit profile.
• Remove tracked applications from Applied, then Company sites.
• Turn off usage analytics in Settings, then Privacy.
• For anything else, email support@jobsearchers.in.
