· What this job involves
· Basic understanding on accounts payable. · Monitor and enforce compliance by all JLL employees involved in the A/P process (site and accounting personnel) in respect to standard A/P policies and procedures. · Perform various other duties as assigned by a supervisor. · Monthly Accrual Posting · Accounts Payable related reporting
- Ensuring all checklist of AP Invoice processing is taken care as per the process requirements.
- Ensuring that corporate policies and procedures, statutory and SOX requirements are implemented and complied.
- Liaising with internal and external auditors when required
