The Assistant Manager – Soft Services is responsible for managing day-to-day soft services operations at the GCC location, ensuring a clean, safe, well-maintained, and employee-friendly workplace. The role supports service quality, vendor performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across all soft services functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of soft services, including housekeeping, pantry, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and related support services.
  • Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs, quality standards, and workplace experience expectations.
