About the role
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in planning, organising and supervising the housekeeping department, including guest rooms, public areas, laundry and linen services.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to ensure furnishings, facilities and equipment are clean, well-maintained and in good repair.
- Monitor room cleaning productivity and ensure all housekeeping duties are carried out to the highest standard, providing guests with maximum efficiency of service and comfort.
- Plan and organise departmental training for ambassadors, with particular attention to service standards, courtesy, efficiency and job knowledge.
