About the role

  • Manage the daily operations of ROI facilities, ensuring functionality, safety, and efficiency
  • Support the team to get the basic support to get the IT infra, Field glass access and profile creation in client system, laptop etc.,
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, space planning, and office moves
  • Oversee the functioning of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems
  • Manage budget utilization, pass-through, and CAPEX requirements.
  • Obtain approvals based on quotations and requirements.
  • Oversee vendor management, ensuring service efficiency and quality.
