About the role
We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Mercure Hyderabad KCP as our new Commis 1 - Pasty. As a Commis 1 – Mercure Hyderabad KCP, you will support the pastry team in preparing and presenting high-quality pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked products in accordance with the hotel’s standards. You will work closely with Pastry Chefs and other culinary team members to ensure consistent quality, cleanliness, and efficient kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, baking, decoration, and presentation of pastries and desserts
- Prepare ingredients and perform basic pastry techniques according to recipes and instructions
