About the role
What you will be doing… The FAST (Field Assurance Support Team) plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, and performance of our Wireless Radio Access Network (RAN). This position involves providing remote support of tower crews performing install and repair work at cell sites. Work performed will include complex problem-solving, root cause analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to standards to maintain high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Provide remote, high-level technical support to vendors and field assurance engineers conducting repair and install of RAN equipment and antenna systems at cell sites.
