Job Description What this job involves We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage the financial accounting and reporting activities for a portfolio of properties. This role requires strong expertise in General Ledger accounting, financial reporting, cash management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure accurate and timely financial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements for an assigned portfolio of properties, including General Ledger month-end close activities, budget versus actual variance analysis, cash management, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
