Primary Responsibilities Outlet Operations
- Assist the F&B team with opening and closing side duties as instructed.
- Support the team in setting tables, side stations, and service areas as per hotel standards.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and readiness of the assigned workstation before and during operations.
- Welcome and assist guests courteously under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist in serving food and beverages as per established service standards.
- Support the team in ensuring food and beverages are served promptly and at the appropriate temperature.
- Assist with clearing and resetting tables after guests' departure.
