About the role
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the Housekeeping department.
- To direct and control the housekeeping operations and staff of the Housekeeping department.
- Oversee & direct all aspects of all Housekeeping activities in order to ensure the standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained.
- To assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding Housekeeping service and equipment and hence take corrective action.
- Responsible for the overall appearance of the rooms, public areas, lobbies etc.
- Establish standards and procedures for the work of housekeeping team and plan work schedules to ensure adequate and efficient service.
