About the role
Designation: HVAC Specialist Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Environmental Engineering / Science / Chemical Experience: 3+ years in HVAC operations or monitoring (chiller plants, AHUs, cooling towers) in commercial, IT or critical facilities, with BMS/IBMS exposure. Key responsibilities
- Monitor HVAC in real time through BMS/IBMS, IoT and CoE dashboards: chillers, AHU/FAHU, CHW supply/return temperatures and ΔT, condenser water, temperature and humidity, VFDs, pumps and energy.
- Track HVAC KPIs: kW/TR, plant efficiency, energy, temperature and humidity compliance, equipment availability, downtime, alarm closure time, critical alerts and BMS communication health.
