About the role
Regular Responsibilities
- Consulting & rectification on IT Software/Hardware and security issues in Line Zone
- Implementation the changes which are coming from CD04602
- Maintaining the Production IT Secure with relevant Tools and guild line from NhP1/MFD3
- Execution of respective MES packages in production areas and support for MES
- Support ECR & NPI MES release activity.
- Periodic Updating of Plant IT device inventory list, Documentation of IT activities
- Awareness training for associates and document it ( Minimum 50 man hours)
- Raising CI tickets for Critical Production IT issues, collaborate & follow up with CI until RC is found.
