About the role
Global Technology Services (GTS) owns the management of a large and complex set of outsourcing arrangements. These arrangements include relationships with third‑party service providers as well as internal agreements across legal entities and business lines. The IT Vendor Performance and Outsourcing Management (VPOM) team is established within GTS to:
Provide centralized oversight and administration of outsourcing activities Support effective and consistent management of IT outsourcing arrangements
The team works closely with IT delivery and relationship management functions, as well as with Global Procurement Services, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Legal, and Finance.
