About the role
- Responsible for overall housekeeping operations and cleanliness standards across the commercial building, including lobby, corridors, washrooms, common areas, lifts, staircases, basement parking and service areas.
- Plan and manage daily housekeeping activities, cleaning schedules, deep-cleaning programs and manpower deployment.
- Manage housekeeping supervisors, housekeeping staff and outsourced manpower, including attendance, shift planning, grooming, discipline and productivity.
- Conduct regular inspection rounds to ensure required housekeeping standards are maintained and identify corrective actions.
