- B.E Chemical or Mechanical, MBA (Operations Management)
- 8-10 years' experience in the liquor or the FMCG industry
- At least 5-7 years as Head of 1 or more Manufacturing Units or Production Manager role in OWN unit
- Knowledge on Unit Operations/Operations Management
- Knowledge Statutory Compliances: Labour, Tax and Excise Regulations and related laws
- Is comfortable with direct Accountability for Business results, management of resources towards strategy execution and delivery.
