About the role
The Product Accounting team at Stripe supports products across Stripe by providing guidance on accounting implications and enabling teams to make informed strategic decisions. The team records business transactions accurately and on time in the balance sheet and income statement, and partners with cross-functional and international teams in a fast-paced environment.
You'll join the Product Accounting team to support revenue accounting for Payments and Payment Products. You'll use your technical expertise in US GAAP, including ASC 606, to identify accounting implications and customer impacts, advise cross-functional partners, and develop operating processes that help Stripe scale.
