DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Project Planning / Execution and Monitoring
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines, budgets requirements
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all financial objectives are met
- Coordinate with consultant approvals of shop drawing, design changes, submittals, mock-ups
- Periodical walk through with Client or Supervisors for the building inspection, maintenance and modification of systems/procedures.
