About the role
The Program Manager – Automation & Engineering Projects drives end-to-end project governance for automation, capacity, and Innovation Lab initiatives within the GESI-IN (PMO/Ops Eng/Automation) team. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of approved OP1/OP2 intake requests, maintaining the India Product Development System (IPDS) master tracker, and ensuring project health through continuous risk analysis and timely escalation.
