Senior Technical Executive Account Management – Work Dynamics (region/country)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of MEP systems, including Electrical, HVAC, UPS, LMS, BMS & FAPA System.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance activities are completed as per schedule.
- Monitor facility performance, utility consumption, and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for AMC execution and statutory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, EHS requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain records, reports, logbooks, maintenance schedules, and audit documentation.
