About the role
We are looking for a Senior LMS Administrator to join our team. This is a Hybrid role, reporting to the Manager in the Training Operations department. In this role, you will serve as the engine behind our learning management ecosystems by directly managing, optimizing, and driving complex integrations for both Skilljar and Cornerstone.
You will act as a technical anchor, leveraging deep Cornerstone implementation experience to build scalable curriculums and streamlined processes that support our rapid business growth.
- Responsible for the comprehensive administration of the LMS, including managing user access, generating compliance reports, and supporting digital learning initiatives
