Technical Executive Account Management – Work Dynamics (West/India)
Support all technical facility operations in shifts across three buildings for The Client at Powai Mumbai. Report to Technical Lead and ensure site systems operate reliably, safely, and compliantly as per contract.
- Perform planned preventive and breakdown maintenance on MEP, HVAC, BMS, fire/life safety, DG, lifts, and water systems, following approved schedules and safety standards.
- Coordinate and oversee AMC and service vendors: monitor performance, review work completion, and ensure all statutory and contract requirements are met.
