About the role
What you’ll be doing… As part of the Vendor Management Center team, you will drive the operational excellence of our vendor partners to ensure seamless network deployment, upgrades, and maintenance. You will collaborate with internal engineering, project management, and field operations teams to track metrics, audit deliverables, and ensure compliance with Verizon specifications.
- Vendor & Backlog Management: Distribute workloads, track on-time completion, and develop remediation plans with vendors to eliminate project backlogs.
