About the role
- To take stock at prescribed intervals as per the standards and monitor the same.
- Plan, direct and control all day-to-day activities of the Stores.
People Management
- Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Ibis Bengaluru Hosur Road to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.
- Co-ordinate with the other departments to ensure operative effectiveness.
- Ensure that the team has been trained for all safety provisions.
- Motivate and develop the team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.
