Job Description Summary The Access Field Manager is accountable for developing and implementing state-level access strategies and partnerships that address priority access barriers and support healthcare system evolution. The role works closely with state healthcare systems, government institutions, public health bodies, payers and other stakeholders to co-create sustainable solutions that improve timely and appropriate access to Novartis therapies across targeted states and Union Territories in India
