Qualification: B.E (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Building Science, Data Analytics) Experience: 3-5 years in FM asset management, campus management, energy analytics, building performance or with demonstrated RCA and benchmarking work across HVAC, electrical and utility assets. Technical skills: Energy Analytics, Energy Modeling, AWS, Azure IoT, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, PropTech/BMS data tools. Key responsibilities
- Team supervision and resource management.
- Analyze and benchmark energy, water, HVAC, UPS, solar, data center, STP/WTP and utility assets across all locations.
