Job Description Summary The Associate Director – AI Solutions & M365 Productivity is responsible for supporting the adoption, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Copilot, Agentic AI solutions, and Microsoft 365 productivity technologies across the enterprise.
This role combines hands-on technical expertise with product ownership and stakeholder engagement to deliver AI-powered solutions that enhance employee productivity, automate business processes, and improve user experience. The individual will work closely with business teams, platform engineering teams, and Microsoft to identify opportunities, deliver AI use cases, and realize measurable business value.
