About the role
PURPOSE OF JOB
To ensure safe and consistent product that complies with desired quality and legal standards.
- Backup QM Pillar Owner for Malanpur site.
- Managing a team of 24 SFC (Shift Process Quality + Flavors Making+ Lab Analysts) in 3 shifts.
- Review of Process & Product parameters for compliance & handling deviations.
- Validations of NPD , new processes, capacity expansions projects FFG projects etc. to ensure compliance & food safety in process analysis of critical parameters of WIP and FG.
- IQS champion . Guiding team on uses and troubleshooting handling.
