Working in-line with SSIM’s brand specifications and are responsible for creating client reports, fact sheets and new template designs as per the business requirements.
- Manage the day-to-day BAU and make sure accuracy and timeliness in reporting and processing, as well as adherence
- Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Investment Reports, Factsheet and Ad-hoc queries are completed with 100% accuracy
- Follow-up with upstream team and communicate report status with client facing team or client as necessary
