About the role
Role Overview We are seeking an experienced ICM COE Head to lead the offshore Practice and Delivery capability engine for Infrastructure & Cloud Management. This role will be accountable for solutioning, strategic pursuits, capability development, offerings, engineering assets, accelerators and overall delivery outcomes across the ICM portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine deep Infrastructure, Cloud Operations and AI-enabled Operations expertise with strong experience in large-deal solutioning, practice building and delivery leadership. The role will work in close partnership with the onsite Practice Head, who owns market development and account shaping. Key Responsibilities
