Develop and maintain target cost models for manufacturing equipment, automation systems, assembly & testing equipment, fixtures, etc. Analyze technical MAE concepts, specifications, layouts, drawings and supplier quotations to identify key cost drivers and establish cost benchmarks. Evaluate manufacturing processes, equipment concepts and technical specifications from a cost and value engineering perspective Competitor Product study Product and component cost estimation - Greenfield & Brownfield (Sales Price, Design to cost (D2C), Nego calculations, RPP etc.) Holistic view on Cost Engg methods and processes Teardown Analysis Technical study i.e. manufacturing…
