About the role
We are seeking a talented individual to join our MA IT team at Marsh. This role will be based in Pune. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Senior Scrum Master will lead end-to-end delivery for complex programs, partnering closely with global teams, senior stakeholders, and technology leaders to drive disciplined execution, strong outcomes, and delivery excellence. In parallel, this role will serve as the India-based Agile Lead, partnering with Technical Product Managers to strengthen the Agile Center of Excellence, establish best practices, and scale consistent, high-performing Agile ways of working across teams.
