About the role
As Ecosystems Counsel, you will support the GSL teams aligned to Technology Strategic Partnering an Agency Resale including
- Drafting and negotiating various agreements, including master alliance, teaming, subcontracts, agency resale, licenses, joint development, and various other ecosystem-related documents
- Advising on agency accounting as well as third party compensation matters (including market development funding, customer investment funds, value-based deals, revenue shares, and referral fee constructs)
- Coordinating and collaborating with other Legal and Corporate Functions teams to address risks – e.g. tax, controllership, compliance, data privacy, marketing.
