Do you want to ensure Amazon employees are paid accurately, on time, and in full compliance with local regulations? As a Financial Analyst II on the Payroll Compliance team, you will partner with the Payroll Compliance Manager to build compliance tools, develop metrics, and produce reports that monitor risk across Amazon's countries in the region. You will apply your expertise in international payroll, employment tax, social security legislation, and cross-border worker regulations to directly impact how Amazon discovers, measures, and resolves payroll compliance risks.
