Design, configure, and develop solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD platform. Implement and support HR Case Management, Employee Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events modules. Develop and customize ServiceNow components using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer. Create and maintain HR catalog items, record producers, workflows, and approval processes. Develop integrations between ServiceNow and HR applications such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Active Directory, and Payroll systems.
